Corporate team building: FAQs
Do participants need any climbing experience?
No experience is required. Our corporate team building workshops are designed for mixed-ability groups. Instructors give everyone a full briefing and adjust the challenge for each person. Many of our best sessions have been with groups where nobody had climbed before.
How long is a session?
A corporate session usually runs for about 2 hours, including the briefing, climbing and debrief.
How large a group can you accommodate?
We comfortably host groups of 10 to 80+ people. Larger groups are split across several activity stations, each with its own instructors, so everyone stays involved.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 2 to 3 weeks ahead for groups under 30, and 4 to 6 weeks ahead for larger groups or custom programmes. Fridays and weekends fill up fastest.
Can we combine the climbing workshop with a presentation or meeting?
Yes. Our space can host your group before or after the climbing session. Many teams run a planning session in the morning and climb in the afternoon. Ping us to plan the details.
Is it suitable for people with physical limitations?
We make every session as inclusive as possible. People who prefer not to climb can help hold the rope for teammates, take on a facilitation role or cheer from the ground. Tell us in advance and we'll plan around your team.
What is included in the cost?
All gear (harness, climbing shoes, chalk bag), instructors, the safety briefing, a guided debrief and access to our facilities, including changing rooms, showers, lockers and a hydration station. Pricing is quoted per group, so ping us for a proposal.
Do you offer corporate memberships or repeat-visit packages?
Yes. Companies that run regular team events with us can get preferred corporate rates and recurring bookings. Ping us to discuss.
