About Corporate Team Building
Do participants need any climbing experience?
No experience is required. Our corporate team building workshops are designed specifically for mixed-ability groups. Instructors provide full briefings and adjust the challenge level for every participant. Many of our most successful sessions have been with groups where nobody had ever climbed before.
How large a group can you accommodate?
We comfortably accommodate groups from 10 to 80+ participants. Larger groups are split across multiple activity stations with separate instructors to maintain quality and engagement throughout the session.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance for groups under 30, and 4 to 6 weeks for larger groups or bespoke programmes. Peak dates, particularly Fridays and weekends, book out faster.
Can we combine the climbing workshop with a presentation or meeting?
Yes. High Rock's facility can accommodate group gatherings before or after the climbing session. Many corporate clients run a strategy or planning session in the morning and use the climbing workshop as an afternoon activity. Contact us to discuss the logistics.
Is the activity suitable for people with physical limitations?
We work with every group to make the experience as inclusive as possible. Participants with physical limitations can take on facilitation roles, belaying, or observe from ground level. Contact us in advance to discuss specific requirements so we can design the programme accordingly.
What is included in the cost?
All rental gear (harness, climbing shoes, chalk bag), instructor facilitation, safety briefing, structured debrief, and access to full facilities, including changing rooms, showers, lockers, hydration station, and recovery zone. Pricing is quoted per group. Contact us for a proposal.
