Meet Our Team Members
Dhruva Madhavan, Co-founder
Dhruva is an entrepreneur and sports enthusiast working to make sports central to India’s culture. With a background in logistics, he now leads social impact initiatives as a trustee of the Warrier Foundation, focusing on sports, education, and youth development. His goal is to create a thriving sports ecosystem in India and position the country as a global sports leader.
Divyank Agrawal, Co-founder
Divyank is an adventure sports enthusiast with achievements in off-road rallies, scuba diving, and trekking. A filmmaker since 2016, his short film SHUNYA gained global acclaim at MAMI. He works at Empire, his family’s real estate business, where he developed Madhya Pradesh’s first football turf. In 2023, his climbing gym experience sparked his dream to create High Rock, making climbing more accessible and integrating it into fitness routines.
Kunal Bedarkar, Head Climber & General Manager
KK has 20 years of climbing experience, with a background in athletics and 6 years as an alpinist in the Himalayas. He helped shape India’s largest climbing competition and hosted the 2016 IFSC Sports Climbing World Cup. At 40, he leads High Rock Academy, blending his corporate experience with his passion for climbing to train the next generation.
Shailesh Waingarkar, The Assistant Climber
Climbing since 2010, Shailesh has earned national & international accolades, including representing India at Gravical Open (Singapore) 2015. With an 8-second speed wall record and an 8a boulder ascent in Badami, he’s also an IMF-certified A-grade Route Setter. A dedicated climber and proud father, he continues to push limits and inspire.
