Refund Policy

At High Rock, we understand that plans change. However, due to limited seats and preparation required for our programs, the following refund policy applies:

1. General

• No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity or event.
• For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, rescheduling to a later date may be possible, subject to availability.

2. Special Events & Clinics

• All bookings for special events (e.g., clinics, workshops, competitions) are non-refundable unless cancelled by High Rock.
• For Group Bookings/Parties/Corporate Events
  • Cancel with a minimum of 15 days before the event to receive a 90% refund.
  • Cancel with a minimum of 8 days and a maximum of 14 days before the event to receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancel with a maximum of 7 days before the event and no refund will be provided.
    

3. Cancellations by Us

If High Rock cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose between a full refund or transferring your booking to a future date.
